二、用戶帳號使用與保管

1.為保證用戶帳號安全，博拉德思文化科技有限公司有權審查用戶註冊所提供的身份資訊是否真實、有效，並應積極地採取技術與管理等合理措施保障用戶帳號的安全、有效；用戶有義務妥善保管其帳號及密碼，並正確、安全地使用其帳號及密碼。任何一方未盡上述義務導致帳號密碼遺失、帳號被盜等情形而給用戶和他人的民事權利造成損害的，應當承擔法律責任。

2.用戶對登錄後所持帳號產生的行為依法享有權利和承擔責任。

3.用戶發現其帳號或密碼被他人非法使用或有使用異常的情況的，應及時根據博拉德思文化科技有限公司公佈的處理方式通知客服，並有權通知客服採取措施暫停該帳號的登錄和使用。

4.博拉德思文化科技有限公司根據用戶的通知採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登錄和使用的，古英傳坊應當要求用戶提供並核實與其註冊身份資訊相一致的個人有效身份資訊。

4.1博拉德思文化科技有限公司核實用戶所提供的個人有效身份資訊與所註冊的身份資訊相一致的，應當及時採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登錄和使用。

5.用戶為了維護其合法權益，向博拉德思文化科技有限公司提供與所註冊的身份資訊相一致的個人有效身份資訊時，博拉德思文化科技有限公司應當為用戶提供帳號註冊人證明、原始註冊資訊等必要的協助和支持，並根據需要向有關行政機關和司法機關提供相關證據資訊資料。

三、服務的中止與終止

1. 用戶有發佈違法資訊、嚴重違背社會公德、以及其他違反法律禁止性規定的行為，博拉德思文化科技有限公司有權立即終止對用戶提供服務。

2.用戶在接受博拉德思文化科技有限公司服務時實施不正當行為的，博拉德思文化科技有限公司有權終止對用戶提供服務。

3.用戶提供虛假註冊身份資訊，或實施違反本協議的行為，博拉德思文化科技有限公司有權中止對用戶提供全部或部分服務；古英傳坊採取中止措施應當通知用戶並告知中止期間，中止期間應該是合理的，中止期間屆滿古英傳坊應當及時恢復對用戶的服務。

四、用戶資訊存儲與保護

1. 資訊存儲

1.1存儲地點：依照法律法規的規定，目前我們暫時不存在跨境存儲您的個人資訊或向境外提供個人資訊的場景。如果確有必要進行數據的跨境傳輸，我們會單獨向您明確告知（包括數據出境的目的、接收方、使用方式與範圍、使用內容、安全保障措施、安全風險等），並征得您的授權同意，我們會確保數據接收方有充足的數據保護能力來保護您的個人資訊。

3.您有權刪除您的個人資訊

3.2 當發生以下情況時，您可以直接要求我們刪除您的個人資訊，但已做匿名化處理或法律法規另有規定的除外：

5. 您有權註銷您的帳號您可以通過本《隱私條款》提供的方式聯繫我們申請註銷您的帳號。當您註銷帳號後，您將無法再以該帳號登錄和使用古英傳坊產品與服務；且該帳號在古英傳坊產品與服務使用期間已產生的但未消耗完畢的權益及未來的逾期利益等全部權益將被清除；該帳號下的內容、資訊、數據、記錄等將會被刪除或匿名化處理（但法律法規另有規定或監管部門另有要求的除外，您的網路操作日誌將至少保留六個月的時間）；用戶帳號註銷完成後，將無法恢復。

六、本《隱私條款》的更新及訪問

1.為了給您提供更好的服務，我們會根據產品的更新情況及法律法規的相關要求更新本《隱私條款》的條款，該等更新構成本《隱私條款》的一部分。未經您明確同意，我們不會削減您按照《隱私條款》所應享有的權利。如該等更新造成您在本《隱私條款》下權利的實質減少或重大變更，我們將通過在顯著位置提示或向您發送推送消息或以其他方式通知您，若您繼續使用我們的服務，即表示您充分閱讀、理解並同意受經修訂的本《隱私條款》的約束。

七、法律適用與爭議解決

1.本《古英傳坊註冊用戶隱私條款》的訂立、履行、解釋及爭議解決均應適用遊戲運營地區法律並排除一切衝突法的適用。

2.如雙方就本《古英傳坊註冊用戶隱私條款》內容或履行發生任何爭議，雙方應友好協商解決；協商不成時，任何一方均應向運營地區法院提起訴訟。

3.本協議所有條款的標題僅為閱讀方便，本身並無實際涵義，不能作為本協議涵義解釋的依據。

4.本協議條款無論因何種原因部分無效，其餘條款仍有效，對各方具有約束力。

3、 Suspension and Termination of Services

3.
